Wild Bill Sports promotes community engagement and giving back. The McLean community has given so much to our coaches and players, so it is important to all of us at Wild Bill to give back. This includes field clean up, umpiring, community service, tryouts, clinics for players and coaches, and helping out at some little league practices. We want to make sure that the future generations of ballplayers receive the same generosity and care that we did.
We also strive to strengthen the Wild Bill Community. We view ourselves as one big family. We try to organize events to increase team chemistry with everyone in the program, such as a trip to a minor league game, bowling, wiffle ball tournaments, or paintball. We feel it is important that kids from different age groups are comfortable and friendly with each other. These interactions encourage learning and growth from our younger players, and maturity and leadership from the older players.
